Notre gîte de charme dans l'Aude
The gite is about 180m² (2 000 sq ft). The ground floor boasts a large family/living room opening to sunny terrace, a fully equiped kitchen (washing machine, dish-washer, micro-waves oven, traditional oven, refrigerator and freezer), a bathroom and a toilet.The first floor has 3 bedrooms (2 with 160-cm beds, 1 with a 140-cm bed), a full bathroom with shower and bathtub and a toilet
The top floor is a loft dedicated to children with 4 90-cm beds and enough room to add a child bed or a cradle.

The bedrooms enjoys an impregnable view to the Pyrénées mountains and the Montagne Noire.
Behind the house, you will enjoy the swimming pool (shared), a shadowy terrace, a barbecue and the private park. Fishing is allowed in the pond. Old fashioned linens and towels are supplied.
